Ice Cream is a favorite among many Spaniards and can be found in almost every coffee shop in Barcelona and Madrid with a high markup. The variety is bred for smokers, hippies and gangsters who are no longer surprised by the local traditional weed. The hybrid turned out to be a very successful combination of sativa and indica, which formed the basis of its unusual ability to freeze in place. The locals didn't believe at first that there was a strain capable of blowing harder than Super Skunk, but we proved otherwise. It is best to smoke this variety in the evening, in a carefree atmosphere, when there are a couple of free hours to rest.
When growing, Ice Cream has a pleasant fruity-sweet aroma, it can easily be confused with some kind of dessert. The plant itself does not stand out from its other counterparts, with the exception of bright orange stigmas on flowering and a small amount of dark purple leaves, which gives the bushes a signature color that is unique to the Ice Cream strain. The taste is peculiar, sweet tropical fruits and cotton candy, and on the exhale in the aftertaste of mango and pine needles.
The stages of growth and flowering proceed without problems, basically the grower needs to take care of the first week, let the sprout get stronger, and then start to fertilize little by little, increasing the dosage every week. Ice Cream has plenty of leaves, so feel free to cut them off at the pre-flowering stage. Workouts suitable for this variety are: Lollipoping, trimming underparts of the plant that do not receive light, LST, Topping and Supercropping. We recommend trying each one. Keep your plant free of extra small shoots to provide the necessary nutrition to the main body and get the most out of it.
The height of the bushes is medium, so you need to bend the branches so that they do not rest against the ceiling. Indoors Ice Cream yields 690-780gr/m² and outdoors 750-1050gr/stubble.
